This is a great rendition
of Cat singing longer boats, which also includes the extra verse. Before he sings the
song, he talks about the meaning behind the song. His conversation is quite interesting to
listen to. He talks about a certain Norman Mailer book which he was currently reading and
also makes references to the effect that the USA Apollo missions should have sent some one
REAL up there, who would appreciate it..... I don't know about you, but after listening to
some of these early concerts, such as this one or Santa Monica. I would have loved to have
been able to attend a 1971 concert. They were so simple, pure and unique, listening to
these early concerts are very special.
